I deeply blamed myself for what i did just now. I really realized the mistake and apologized for it.

Originally,i talk cheerfully and humorously with my colleagues.Suddenly,i felt so discomposed that i couldn't concentrate my attention on work.

I swear to myself,no,to the God,i won't make the same mistake.
